Please note, this is not intended to be a set in stone diet which you must follow 100%.  The idea is to provide you with a sample food plan with the right portions & well balanced macro nutrients (Carbohydrates, Protein & fats), while incorporating variety in your diet & balance in your lifestlye.

For any further plans re ordered withing 5 weeks you receive a 20% discount, or 15% discount as long as you re-order within 6 months of your first plan & there are no significant changes to your health or dietry needs.

 

 

Health & Fitness Coaching; Non Competitive Level 1
$60.00 / 4 weeks

For $15 per week I will be your own online coach.  I will provide you with ideas, infortmation & suggested changes to incorporate with both your nutrition & exercise.  I will keep you accountable while you work towards your fitness goals whatever they may be.  At the start of the 4 weeks I send you assesment questions about your current food & exercise & together we decide how you would like to track your progress & what your main focus will be for each fortnight. 

This is suitable for you if you are starting out on your fitness journey & want to learn about how to make your lifestyle a healthier one, learn about basics of good nutrition & set manageable goals for your exercise.

 

 

 

Health & Fitness Coaching; Non Competitive Level 2
$80.00 / 4 weeks

For $20 per week I will be your own online coach.  I will provide you with ideas, infortmation & suggested changes to incorporate with both your nutrition & exercise.  I will keep you accountable while you work towards your fitness goals whatever they may be.  At the start of the 4 weeks I send you assesment questions about your current food & exercise & together we decide how you would like to track your progress & what your main focus will be for each fortnight.

Competition Coaching; Level 1
$100.00 / 4 weeks

For $25 per week I will be your own online competition preparation Coach.  For this rate I can help you with your competition nutrition plans, track your progress & make adjustments to your plan based on your results & feedback.  This package covers ;

 

  • Initial assesment at the start of the 4 week block

  • Your Food, cardio & Supplement plan at the start of the 4 weeks

  • A follow up assesment after 2 weeks

  • Adjustments to food, cardio & supplements for the second half of the month

For $50 per week I will be your own online competition preparation Coach.  For this rate I can help you with your competition nutrition & training plans, track your progress & make adjustments to your plan based on your results & feedback.  This package covers ;

  • Your Food, cardio & supplement plan at the start of the 4 weeks

  • Your weight training program at the start of the 4 weeks

  • A follow up assesment after 2 weeks

For $75 per week I will be your own online competition preparation coach & available to you as you need me.  For this rate I can help you with your competition nutrition & training plans, track your progress & make adjustments to your plan based on your results & feedback.  You can also contact me via txt as you need, have me check your progress photos & posing pics &/or videos regularly and ook phone consults to help with any prep questions or for support & motivation. This package covers ;

 

  • Initial assesment at the start of the 4 week block

  • Your Food, cardio & supplement plan at the start of the 4 weeks

  • Your weight training program at the start of the 4 weeks

  • A follow up assesment after 2 weeks

This package is suited to anyone who is about to compete or has just competed and is in need of information, advice & support on how to deal with the post competition phase.  If you have little to no information regarding how to effectly manage your food & cardio changes to avoid drastic weight changes, or you are feeling lost &  struggling with motivation following such a big goal - this is for you.

I will be in touch with you ever week of the month, more than once if needed to check in & make sure you are ok physically & mentally & help answer any questions you have as you return to a more balanced lifestyle. This package may be different for each person, it covers an initial assesment & plan of attack as to how we deal with what you need in the month after your show, & contact weekly to check in & make any adjustements to food & cardio as you go.
